Yeves Raymond Perez, Founding Partner, is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Green Officer of YRP International, LLC, an Eco-Friendly Real Estate Development Firm based in San Diego.
 YRP International, LLC is the owner and founding entity of The Eco Investment Network, and founder of The Eco Investment Club originally on Myspace.
He is the man behind the company’s vision, the entrepreneur that started it all.
He established the company in 2003 and provided consulting services
to businesses in need of creative concepts and business solutions.
In 2004, Yeves discovered the U.S. Green Building Council (San Diego Chapter) and immediately became interested in the “Green” movement.
Yeves has a vested interest in the San Diego Real Estate Market, and hopes to have a positive influence on the future development of America’s Finest City into America’s Greenest City.
Yeves is passionate about Green building, environmental issues, his family, and above all, serving God.
Kristen Fischer, Founding Partner, a Master’s level graduate from New York University, is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of YRP International, LLC.
 Kristen has a strong background in business management, sales, content development and marketing.
Kristen is also a skilled professional in the field of Human Services.
She is recognized as a Psychotherapist and Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She is also currently registered as an Associate Social Worker in the state of California.
Kristen is a sharp, industrious professional, who is dedicated to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
Bob Bryant, Founding Partner, is an Internet Marketing Professional, ECommerce Developer, and Mentor. He put the Eco Investment Club and Eco Investment Network on the World Radar through this site, now boasting over 2000 incoming links!
He has worked with many successful ECommerce startup companies and provides guidance and operational assistance to maximize their exposure and growth.
He is a highly recommended Merchant Services Consultant to the eCommerce and Retail sector, providing Wholesale Credit Card Processing Services.
His desires a healthy balance for all things, especially in regard to our environment. He is a Lifetime Member of Virginia Coastal Access Now, a Virginia Non-Profit Organization dealing with Public Coastal Access and Environmental Issues.
He is a strong proponent of the Electric Vehicle "EV" and hopes to see electric powered cars, trucks, and public transportation replace fossil fueled vehicles and escalating fuel costs.
